Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 November 2026
This website, ivonecruzevents.com, presents the event production and consulting work of Ivone Cruz. This page explains what personal data is collected through it, why, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Linkcb, Lda, a company registered in Portugal, tax number 514164964, with its registered address at Rua do Poço 28-30, 4900-519 Viana do Castelo, Portugal. You can reach us at ivone@linkcb.pt.
What we collect and why
The enquiry form. If you write to me through the form, we receive the details you type in, such as your name, email address, the type and size of your event, your message and any optional details. We use them only to reply to your request and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. The legal basis is your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Email and phone. If you contact us by email or phone, we keep the messages and the details you share, for the same purpose.
Booking a call. If you book a call, the booking is handled through Microsoft Bookings, so the name, email address and any note you enter are processed by Microsoft on our behalf, and we use them to hold the meeting.
Technical data. The hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address when the page is served. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
Who else handles your data
- OpenAI Sites hosts the website.
- Web3Forms processes enquiry form submissions and forwards them to our email.
- Microsoft handles email and the booking page.
- Cloudflare provides the domain name service.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, which means your browser contacts Google servers when the page loads.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decisions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless we start working together, in which case data is kept for as long as the law requires for contracts and invoices. After that, it is deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to ivone@linkcb.pt and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
